Bucket are back, and the Dublin trio sound meaner than ever. Cian Dahdouh, Emmet McNamee, and Korey O'Bryne have shared "Strung Out," a new single that snarls and bites from the first second. It follows Mosaic, their tattered, deranged EP from back in April. That record felt like a fuse. This one lights it.
"Strung Out" is enraged and venomous, built on the same experimental noise-rock foundation that made Mosaic such a jagged little gem. Dahdouh's vocals claw at the walls. McNamee and O'Bryne lock into a rhythm that feels one wrong move away from collapse, and that tension is the whole point. It's a killer, plain and simple.
What's clear is that Bucket are picking up momentum fast. From a scrappy EP to a track this focused in a matter of months, the growth is right there in the grooves. Dublin's noise scene keeps producing ripper after ripper.
Turn it up loud. This one hits hard.
